Recommendation: This book should only be read if you are in to crime and punishment. This book tells you how his life is in jail and before he went in and his trial. Steve Harmon tells his story in two way a movie and like a suspense.

Summary: This story is about a group of friends that decided to rob a store. Everything is going good, but out of nowhere one of the shots the clerk Mr. Nesbitt he dies right on the spot. Steve Harmon which is the main character see that person die right in front of his eyes. So they all leave and never say a word about it, time pass that a cop goes to Steve house and arrest him for a felony murder. So they lock him up in prison as he is in there he learns how those people got in there. Always at night he write in his journal about how his day was and what has happen that got him in prison. Almost everyone thinks that he did it but there are a few people that believe he is innocent. His parents and lawyer which is fight to save his life from the death penalty. Will Steve Harmon be found not guilty or guilty for want happen that night?

Explanation of Rating: This book is awesome on how it writen and the story. Crime and punishment is something that happens everyday in life, but in this book its different. Steve Harmon tells his story like a movie he tells you every single detail that is happening. Also it talk about how prison is like and what they do there while they are locked up. I feel real bad when he is in prison he haers all kind of thing and there are few time were he cries himself to sleep which no one ever heres him crying. People that like crime and punishment are going to like this book a lot.

Favorite Passage: Ain't no use putting the blanket over your head, man. You can't cut this out; this is reality. This is the real deal.

This passage tells me you can’t hide from your problems you are going to have to face want has happen and move on with life.
