Recommendation: This book is for any one who wants to read about adventure. If you like mythical creatures and magic this is a very interesting book. This book takes you to war.

Summary: Eragon is about a young man who grew up on a farm. One day he was out hunting for food for his family he found a dragon egg. This dragon egg was stolen from an evil king who is also a dragon rider who used his power to take over the land. So the king sought out to find Eragon and kill him. The Varden is a group of rebels who want to kill the king. The Varden finds Eragon and helps him to become a powerful dragon rider so he can defeat the king. But Eragon has a lot to learn. In order to defeat this king who has been a dragon rider for much longer than he has.

Explanation of rating: This book takes you on a long adventure with dragons, wars, and magic. The author keeps you on the edge of you seat. This book is packed with mythical creatures that are explained with great detail. The author makes you feel like you’re actually in the book. With each setting that is explained you can almost imagine it perfectly. It is an easy reading because it is interesting.

"A measure of peace and satisfaction consoled Eragon." I like this because through all his hard work he has done he has finally found peace in what he is doing. Little does he know he has a long way to go before this war is over
