Recommendations for this book: I really think anyone can read this book. If you'r more spiritual than religious this book would be good for you. If you are interested in meditation, inner peace and natual healing it would also be a good book for you. Really anybody who is interested in trying new things and knowing there is a lot more to life!

This book is about meditation and how natural healing really helps beyond medications and surgeries. This book is more spirtitual than anything. It tells you about things to stay away from to make life easier and less stressful. It's a book meant to be followed by to heep your body and mind healthy. Tells you that keeping your mind clear and pure is simple and the way to live. It will help you live better and lead you to better lifestyles. It explains the way the mind reacts to certain situations and how your ego is so strong. Your ego isn't you it shows you that everything around you and that you label yourself as is your mad up identity, your ego. It's not who you truly are! Who you are is the persin behind all the identity, the inside. I personally think people are forgetting this value that people have the inside. Humans can only see the outside therefore that's who they think you are. We need to take the time to see the true beauty of the human race. Be yourself! =D

Explanation for rating: The reason why i rated it at amazing is because meditation has really helped me in my life. Judgement used to mean so much to me and i looked at the outside of people for what they were not who they were. judgement now means nothing people are not who they look like! You have to meet people the inside of them the real them. This book tells how everyone is equal it's the truth! Simply the truth. Everyone has thier own problems but we are all equal no matter what! =D

My Favorite Passages:
"Don't be upset. Bear the discomfort without trying to remedy it. Know that you cannot change what you have become in the past. Be sorry. Desire to be better. It was the selfish, blaming, excuse-makeing, lie-loving, easily-decieved pride that allowed the problem to grow up in you." I enjoy this because it's telling you how you don't have to beat yourself up for mistakes. We make them! Deal with it, be sorry, and life goes on. Do your best. "As long as you do not have the intention of elevating yourself or hurting anyone with your words, you have every right to speak up." I really enjoyed this one for all the people who are scared to talk. You can speak up your not hurting anyone! It's a good thing!
