This book is perfect for people who love sci-fi or seeing a boy overcome everything against all odds. It's full of action, but it does say bad word if you can't read anything like that.

An alien race has attacked the earth for the second time and barely survived. The government has taken kids into space for training to kill the alien race before they attack again. A boy named Ender is tested on earth to see if he was the best of the best and they got what they wanted. They took him to space and made him feel like dirt and the practice in zero gravity. Slowly he made his way up to commander and was given an army to lead. Finally Ender and his sergeant Bean and a few old friends were sent to another place in space to train in spaceships for war. And when the army of the aliens arrived Ender and his gang destroyed them and saved the world. Ender went to the alien's home world and asked them why they attacked Earth. But the end you must read for yourself to understand why they did it.

This is a book that helps anyone see that you can overcome anything no matter who or how old you are. How life has its ups and downs and the sacrifices we all must take to make the world better or your life better or easier. Many of us don't have a choice but to change, but this shows how you can use it for your advantages in life. And how you can make friends anywhere for being yourself and for being proud of who and what you are good at.

Favorite passage: "I've lived too long with pain. I won't know who i am without it." -chapter 15

I love that saying, because of how it show that once you get to used to a new life it so hard to go back to your old one.
