Recommendation:I recommend this book to all who like big under sea predators, drama and action. This book has suspense that will make you think what will happen next. In some parts of the book character express their feelings.

Summary: A boy watches as his two friends go under water of the coastal river for a while. All of sudden his dog starts barking. His friends never come to the the surface. This is how this story starts. A beginning that will capture your attention immediately. That's how starts, this book can relate to many movies, for example the famous movie "Jaws". This book can teach you allot about sharks. Fans will notice that this giant shark will act like some other sharks. This will make you wonder if it actually exists or if it is being confused with a wail shark or great white shark.

Rating Explanation: I rated this book a three. I gave this book this rating because it was good just not that good. it might be very interesting to many shark fanatics. Knowing that the creature under the sea may be their is the best feeling ever. The start was very interesting but it kept switching the situations just like a soap operas. this book really amazed me in the final 100 pages. I would give it a four but it some chapters were just not interesting.

Favorite Passage: Dustin said "You stay here and I'll let you take a drag of a cigarette". I liked this passage because it relates with what kids now do.
